Today four years ago we went through the biggest adventure with KEEP IT TRUE Festival. Covid times caused the stop of liveshows completely but we never gave up the hope to do something for our loyal fans. When there was a glimpse of hope in autumn 2021 I built up this line up in a super short period of time, but the risk was high. But the desire for some normality and peace of mind was stronger. Just for your info how risky it was: When the first band started at noon on friday November 19th, Bavarian minister president Markus Söder started a press conference saying from monday on all shows are forbidden again. He could have said from now on and then KIT would have been gone forever as the financial loss would have been unbearable. But we soldiered on despite testings and all the rules we had to follow and for all people attending it was a weekend they will never forget in their lifes. We were the first festival held worldwide under these rules. Thanks to everyone who supported us there, it was so important for our scene to show that we are still alive. For me personal the weeks before it was the most stressful time in my whole KIT history and maybe even my life. But it was worth all the effort to see all your smiling faces during the weekend. For me personal I see it as my most important achievement I have done. Thanks so much for all the people who helped to make it possible.
